Renaissance Tennis Institute

Tarik Benhabiles, after traveling the world first as a player then as a coach has decided to approach the game differently. Instead of him coaching one player, as he has always done in his career, he has opened up his own training center.

Located at Woodmont Country Club it features 20 courts, six of which are lit. Six of these courts are being converted to European clay, imported from Marseilles. Four courts are going to be Decoturf, the surface of the US Open at the Billy Jean King Tennis Center in Flushing New York.

Respected as one of the great minds and teachers of the game, Tarik has coached many of the best in the game including Andy Roddick, Ivo Karlovic, Benjamin Becker, and Gael Monfils. “Now, I can pass my tennis experiences and knowledge to the kids and players we select to attend our school.
