Benedikt Dorsch helped complete a stellar month of July for RTM clients by winning the Penza Cup in Penza, Russia. Following Michael Lammer's excellent win a few weeks earlier in Montauban, France, Dorsch captured the $50k challenger and raced up the ATP rankings from 262 to 199.
This is Dorsch's first career challenger title. Along the way to the finals Dorsch did not lose a set and convincingly took out top seed Dudi Sela. Dorsch won the final 75 57 61 over Mikhail Lekodvisikh and earned over $7,000.
Congrats to Bene Dorsch...Sic 'em Bears!
